What to include
To help us investigate, include:
- the email address used for your Pata Social Engine account;
- your device model and app version, if available;
- a short description of what happened and when; and
- an error message or screenshot, provided it contains no confidential credentials.
Protect your account
Never send a password, one-time code, access token, recovery code or private signing key by email. We will not ask for these credentials.
